TSHIRTS

The changing of the seasons brings with it a renewal, a desire to try on new things, a sudden internal need to give novel ideas a chance.  As you go out this summer to the beach, park, summer school, or your job the Axis of Stevil wishes you the best of fortunes.   For your summer adventures the Axis of Stevil would like to offer you its summer fashion line, a collection of 3 new designs that make "tongue in check" bold statements about self-image, snowmen and pointless nostalgia.

The Inner Fat Kid - Every human being possesses within them an Inner Fat Kid. This plumpy inner child is the force that compels you to deep fry your Thanksgiving dinner, or keep a cake by your bedside. The Axis of Stevil offers this shirt to all the beach goers, couch potatoes and computer users alike who have come to terms with who they are.

"Good to the Last Drop" - Some would say Frosty the Snowman is a terrorist, others would say he is a hero. Either way he was burned alive to make drinking water for a Sudanese Barber college. Support the Axis of Stevil by wearing his demise. This light-hearted Stevil shirt embodies the spirit and humor within the Axis of Stevil and lampoons the useless icon of the consumer driven Christmas holiday. Wear it proudly. When a bypasser stops to compliment you, you can tell them "I'm with Stevil, and they are good to the last drop!"

1989 Merecat Volleyball Open - The city of San Bernardino is still struggling to recover from what witness recall as "The most intense and captivating volleyball tournament ever". The city recorded a whopping 17,500 people in attendance on the beach that day. As Kilgore Von Rashgart and his team of Soviet merecats challenged Brad Goodcat and his rag tag underdog team of local merecats. Brad and "The Parrieonnas" defeated Rashgart and the "Sickle Cats" 7 to 6 in double secret overtime.  This amazing feat was the first link to brake in the iron current. Within the next two weeks after the tournament the Berlin wall fell.

| What is "Seeing Is Believing"? |

The Axis of Stevil was founded in January of 2005, by Steven Maguire and Graham Hensley, as an Internet T-shirt site. An initial batch of one hundred shirts, divided between four modern designs and colors, were screen printed manually at the hands of Steven and Graham. Through online and “out of the back of car trunks” sales, this initial batch sold out . . .

BATTLE THE ODDS

There are any number of lessons you can learn by playing Guess Who. Truly, the fine parker brothers did it right… finally. Their first attempt at social commentary “Where are all the black people?” concentration was received less than favorable on the board game circuit. Guess Who offers . . .

HELD OVER - WEEK TWO

Due to unprecedented amounts of positive feedback and fan-mail, the Axis of Stevil has decided to run last week's "Featured Artist" article on Johnny Marnell for another week. The public asks, and the Axis of Stevil answers.

Johnny Marnell first fell in love with the guitar in second grade and has been faithful ever since. Music has been his best friend and number one passion for as long as he can remember, and his quality of work demonstrates his love of the artform. Johnny sees music, namely, the live performance, as a two-way street; if the audience isn’t having fun, neither is he. His goal is to make music to nod heads to, whether from appreciation or involuntarily grooving with the supplied funk. He is an energetic performer, with hips and legs moving almost as much as hands and mouth –playing and singing is second nature fun to him, and the effect is downright contagious.

Check him out! - [http://www.myspace.com/johnnymarnell]
