"It's
Alright; I think I might have heard of it." Captain
Harbolt said recalling his days working for DEA and channeling
his best Detective E. Stabler.
"Is
there any way I can get a free sample? I don't have any
cash on me. If it's good, I can just go to an ATM and
get some cash."
Sam
laughed, "Ha, I haven't heard that word in years...
Alright son, I like the look on ya, plus, that is a mighty
handsome phone you got under your arm there... take a
spell.”
Roy
resumed his seat.
Wiping
the sweat from his forehead Sam pushes in one of the levers.
The hands stop shaking and start in the other direction.
"Here
it comes..."
The
hands pace quickened, the waves of handshakes blurs into
a color pattern of green and yellow fields.
Sam starts to sound eager" Almost there...”
The
blur intensifies and a hum can be heard emanating from
within. If Harbolt had wished to kill himself in a most
gruesome fashion he could just stick his head into the
machine at this point. For at that very moment in the
palms of a thousand handshakes 300 finely Bar-b-cued cows
are being compacted into a glowing red gel capsule no
bigger then a birth control pill.
Thankfully,
Roy had not yet realized the danger he was in and therefore
had no desire to end it all.
"GOT
IT!" Sam said. With a sigh of contentment he pulled
down on the right lever. The bellows contracted hard and
once again a large cloud of black soot filled the air
and vanished. The motion in front of him quickly slowed
to a halt. The lowest green hand within the machine reached
out and placed one 300cowx tablet in the small saucer.
